ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the Republic of Ireland who are eighteen (18) years of  age or older at the time of entry. Wild Atlantic Health employees, agency, contractors or  subcontractors or their immediate families are NOT eligible to enter the Competition or win a prize.  

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can enter the giveaway only by signing up for the Wild Atlantic Health newsletter, through the Wild Atlantic Health website, https://www.wildatlantichealth.com/events-menopause/

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: 

Winner Selection: The entrants will be entered into a draw. Wild Atlantic Health will pick the  winner at random who shall receive the prize, subject to verification and compliance with  these Terms & Conditions. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered  into. The prize winner will be contacted via the entrant’s e-mail address. Wild Atlantic Health is  not responsible for communication problems of any kind. Wild Atlantic Healthshall have no  liability for any prize winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a  potential prize winner for any reason. If a potential prize winner does not respond within  two (2) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the notification is returned as  unclaimed or undeliverable to any potential prize winner, that potential prize winner will  forfeit his or her potential prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected. If any  potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these  Terms & Conditions or declines the prize for any reason, such potential prize winner will  be disqualified and Wild Atlantic Health will award the prize to a new winner selected at random.

Wild Atlantic Health is excluded from liability for any loss, damage, or injury which  might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives the  prize to. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such giveaway.  No cash or other alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable. All portions  of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering, the entrant grants Wild Atlantic Health the right to publish  his/her name in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok) to disclose the results of the  A year’s worth of wellbeing    including the winner’s name for a  maximum period of 3 months from date of entry.
